(SK, NS and NB Only) Adding Patient Health Information

Details regarding the health of the patient can be captured in the bottom of the Patient tab, in the INFORMATION ABOUT MY HEALTH section.

The Patient Lifestyle questions in the Patient tab allow you to record your patient's questions, as well as your observations about the patient’s lifestyle factors and other medication-related issues. However, this information will NOT be written back to PharmaClik Rx.

1. Select the Patient tab.
2. In the Patient Lifestyle section, select the Yes or No buttons for the relevant questions.

Note: If the Smoking Status has been entered at the top of the Patient tab, the corresponding button in this section will be updated automatically.

3. NB & NS Users Only: (SK Users—Proceed to Step 4)

   Enter any questions the patient may have in the Questions group box.

4. Enter any additional information for the patient.
